Every item we sell online is usually in inventory. However, due to the nature of the items sold and the variations of computer screens, we do not warrant the product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, current, or error-free. We will notify you directly in the event that a product is out of stock and it’s availability date changes.

All prices on our website are in US dollars and subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. We do not take responsibility for any errors in the pricing of the product on our website as mistake do occur from time to time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you can then decide if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price, or, cancel the order and any monies you have paid to us will be refunded.
Asta Furniture is pleased to offer our imported products online. We will do everything we can to ship your purchases within 7 working days. We will determine the safest way to get your purchase to you. Because many of our items are large and heavy, choosing the right shipping method is critical. We appreciate your patience. *Please be noted all the FREE SHIPPING terms are for Continental US only.
Please keep in mind that colors displayed on websites may differ slightly from the colors of the actual product as computers and cameras may not portray the exact color.
The measurements on the site are for a guide only, as errors can occur. We do not accept any liability if the measurements stated are not 100% accurate, although we do our very best to ensures the stated sizes are correct. If the size of product is not what you expected, our return policy will enable you to return it.
THE CHARACTERISTICS OF TEAK WOOD
Teak is one of the best value wood for the furniture. However, there are some natural characteristics of teak wood, such as small checks, cracks, seasonal splitting, knots, pitting, mineral deposits, etc., are all inherent to wood products and should be expected during normal use, and should not be considered as defects. We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a 7 days, no hassle guarantee. Unwanted item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
At Asta Furniture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition.
Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
We encourage you to inspect the item upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your find the product to be damaged upon opening it, and If you believe there is a quality issue or error, we will work with you to correct. Please be noted that many Asta furniture items are handcrafted of natural materials and as such will possess variations in color and texture. Also, the slightly rusty surface on the metal frame is also a natural effect to create a rustic look. These variations in our products are not considered defects but reflect the beauty of natural material.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or, if the item received is not what you ordered, you MUST contact us with the specific issue within 24 HOURS of receipt so we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. Please email our customer service at info@AstaFurniture.com. Pictures of damaged or defective items will be needed for us to arrange a replacement. *If your item was received damaged or there was some error on our part, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you must contact us by sending email to info@AstaFurniture.com, within 7 DAYS of your delivery or pick up to arrange a return. *Please do not send your product back without contacting us first. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Also, the few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance items
- Final-Sale items
- Items marked “No-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page)
All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee will apply, starting at 25% of the purchase price, for any item not returned in good condition. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Proof of purchase is require to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Refunds will be issued in the Original Form of Tender.
